6-2 Rotation 5: Setter 2 Sets from Middle back (Position 6)
In rotation 5 of the 6-2, setter 2 starts in position 6 (middle back). Setter 2 is in the back row and sets, so all three front-row players (outside hitter 1, setter 1 and middle blocker 2) can attack. Setter 1 hits from the right side, like an opposite. The outside hitter 2 serves.

Overlap check for rotation 5
At the moment of the serve, each front-row player must be closer to the net than the back-row player directly behind them (OH1 ahead of MB1, S1 ahead of S2, MB2 ahead of OH2), and each row must stay in order left to right (front: OH1, S1 and MB2; back: MB1, S2 and OH2). Every formation on this page follows these rules.
